The South African MH diagnostic centre at Midstream Mediclinic Hospital follows the EMHG guidelines for MH crisis management, diagnostic work-up, IVCT and genotyping, machine preparation and dantrium requirements. The guidelines for patient groups that need testing are also in line with the ones stipulated by the EMHG.
Our lab is an accredited member of the EMHG and is actively part of their Quality Assurance program.
